Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality of our linen products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for standard (non-custom) items if you change your mind, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags are intact
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Custom Orders
All custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
As these products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing.
Exception:
Custom orders may only be returned or refunded if they are proven to be:
- Faulty
- Damaged upon arrival
- Not made according to the agreed specifications
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Once approved:
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
- We will cover any return shipping costs
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Details of the issue (if applicable)
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Clearance or final sale items
